WriteForMe ("we", "us", "our") provides professional document writing services to consumers in the United Kingdom and internationally. Services include CV rewrites, cover letters, legal letters, formal complaint letters, and business plans. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
We produce professional documents based on the information you provide in your order brief. Documents are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. We cannot promise specific outcomes — for example, a successful job application, return of a deposit, or loan approval — as these depend on factors outside our control.
Our documents are not a substitute for qualified legal or financial advice. Legal letters and complaint letters are drafted to UK professional correspondence standards and cite relevant legislation, but do not constitute legal advice. For complex legal matters, please consult a qualified solicitor.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed by Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery is typically within 10 minutes of payment confirmation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take longer. If your document has not arrived within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us at brian@writeforme.xyz.
Every order includes one free revision. If you are not completely satisfied with your document, reply to your delivery email within 24 hours with details of the changes you require. We will update your document free of charge.
If after your free revision you remain unsatisfied, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original order date. To request a refund, email brian@writeforme.xyz with your order reference number.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital service order within 14 days. However, by requesting immediate delivery of your document, you expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once delivery is complete.
The Written Assessment (+£15) is an optional add-on for individual documents. It is a written assessment of your completed document, delivered as a PDF attached to your delivery email. Dispute packs include a Case Assessment and Action Plan at no extra cost. Assessments are prepared by WriteForMe as part of our document writing service; they provide general guidance and do not constitute legal, financial, or careers advice.
Documents produced for you are for your personal or business use. You may use, edit, and distribute your documents freely. We retain no claim over documents once delivered. We may use anonymised brief data to improve our service, but will never share your personal information or document content with third parties.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our documents. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
